It is only breathing!!
How is breathing 麻煩 lei?!
The arms and legs movement just help regulate the breathing into a pattern
I personally am practicing "Hung Kuen"
And I find that Tai Chi helps the control of power
And making the person less tired generally~

But nevermind, since the decision is entirely up to you.
