下載及使用說明 千真萬確, 原來 Microsoft 亦會在其網站中免費泒發(可下載) Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 不用付出分毫。惟此版本只屬 180 天試用期 ! 過了 180 天後便會失去進入 Windows 的能力。但筆者試過下載及安裝使用, 發覺這與正版的 Windows Server 2003 無異, 當然亦可以進行 Windows Update, 這是老翻 (翻版) 所不能及 (翻版無論如何也不能進行 Windows Update, 但可長期使用, 沒有日期限制)。
下載及安裝使用說明 :
1. 先按上圖以進入 Microsoft 的下載網站。
2. 選按 [Register to Order the Windows Server 2003 Evaluation Kit] , 然後進行個人資料登記, 填妥資料後按 [Submit] 完成整個過程, 極為簡單。
3. 此時 Microsoft 便會立即跟據你所填寫的電郵地址, 發送下載 Microsoft Windows Server 2003 的連結網址, 並在該連結網址中顯示閣下獨有的 CD-Key (每人均有自己獨有的 CD-Key, 與正版無異)。
4. 下載 iso 檔案後用 Nero Burning 或其它燒碟程式燒錄在光碟中。
5. 安裝時請用剛燒錄好的光碟 (Microsoft Windows Server 2003) 作為開機光碟開始安裝。
6. Windows 安裝完成後會出現 即 [Activate Windows] 在桌面右下角 及 [Start]...[Accessories]...[System Tools] 中。並示意在 14 天內需要進行 activate。
7. 雙按 開始進行 Activate Windows。那閣下便可享有合法正版的 180 天使用期了。
後記 : 如果你想永遠使用, 建議你在安裝完成後, 便用 Ghost 等軟件備份一個 Image, 以便在第 179 天將 Image 還原便可。
註 : 翻版的 Windows Server 2003 雖是可長期使用, 但現時病毒及黑客猖猰; 無孔不入。連 Microsoft 亦不停地進行保安漏洞, 發放在 [Windows Update] 中。翻版的 Windows Server 2003 無法進行 Windows Update, 無疑是將整個 Windows 對外公開, 來者不拒, 被入侵的機會大大增加 ! 既然 Microsoft 大泒 Windows Server 2003, 何不使用正版呢 ? 況且 Microsoft 己將 Windows Server 2003 作為 MCSE 考卷的關係, 作為測試之用亦無不可。
