from what i have heard (correct me if i am wrong),  these were supposed to be one of those 35th models to be released last year, but its been dropped from production, and now, only the NYC version will soon be released. this is a dropped sample of the half shell cities series san juan, there are 2 different versions where the patterns on the right side are different in small details, and this is the 2nd one. very very rare.
